Guards are fabricated from 75 mm × 12.5 mm × 12 swg grade 304 stainless steel weldmesh, set within a 6 mm dia. grade 304 stainless steel framework. Following fabrication, they are finished in matt black polyester powder coating. Each guard is secured within its aperture using black stainless steel clips and screws at approximately 500 mm centres, with security screws fitted where required. Fixings are anchored into masonry joints wherever possible.
