The Tree of Life, the Cross of Faith and the True Vine

"The Tree of Life" symbolises paradise and eternal life in Christian religion. The Tree of Life stood at the centre of the world (the Garden of Eden), and Christ's Crucifixion is said to have happened at the centre of the world. Jesus says to those who persevere in faith "to him who overcomes, I will grant to eat of the Tree of Life, which is the Paradise of God." Revelations 2:7. Trees have also been symbols for the cycle of life, death and resurrection in the fullness of the four seasons. Flourishing and flowering trees represent the positive values of life, hope, health and holiness; while a withering or dead tree suggests the negative values of diminishing powers and death.

"The Cross of Faith" - the concentric arrangement of yellow, white and reds surrounding the cross against a blue background, gives a feeling of expansion, ever increasing broadcasting outwards. This symbolises the spread of the word of the Ministry.

"The True Vine" with curved members and leaves is an emblem of the Christian church. John 15:5 "I am the vine, you are the branches, whoever remains in me, with me in him, bears fruit in plenty;" 15:8 "it is to the glory of my Father that you should bear much fruit, and then you will be my disciples."
