The Tree of Life at it's centre, the window commemorates the associated local churches and members of the congregations in grisailles surrounding the design as follows:

St Bede's (est 1842), St Joseph's, Wath (est 1936), Immaculate Conception, Herringthorpe (est 1946), St Gerard's, Thrybergh (est 1950), Blessed Trinity, Wickersley (est 1960), Forty Martyrs, Kimberworth Park (1971 - 2007), St Edward the Confessor, Brinsworth (1967 - 2005), St John Fisher, Tinsley (1938 - 1992).

The smaller diamonds:

Dr & Mrs G C Hickey, Patrick McNeel, Irene and Gerard Brennan, Bill O'Connell, Dr William Doran, Stella Gilmartin, Ann Dundon and Fr Bill Burtoft.
